Job Requirements

Role/ Job Title: Lead-Compliance-Retail AssetsFunction/ Department: Compliance

Job Purpose

Providing advisory on regulatory expectation to Retail Assets, Credit Cards and Shared Services business units.

Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinating and collating ad-hoc/ indent requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders.
Reviewing Policies, SOPs, Manuals etc from regulatory circulars and advisory perspective along with other regulatory expectations.
Coordinating with officials during RBI Examination exercise closure of regulatory obligations.
Coordinate with stakeholders during Regulatory Inspections and collation of data
Assist Regulatory compliance team for Ad-hoc requirements and preparation of various Board related notes
Effective advisory to business stakeholders and delivery timelines
