CAD experience Catia V5
Experience in UG Nx will be added advantage
Plastic Product Design and Development knowledge / experience
Able to work in Team as well as alone.
Product Knowledge -

Instrument Panel, Center console, Door Trim, Pillar trims, Dcor parts, Trunk plastic parts
Bumper, Bumper Grill, Cladding, Roof rails, Tailgate plastic parts

Plastic part injection process / methods / Manufacturing process knowledge
Plastic part development process
Knowledge and preparation of documents DFMEA,DFM,DFA
Knowledge of GD&T, Tolerance stack up
Knowledge of Plastic parts DVP requirements
Knowledge of Interior and exterior parts regulatory requirements ECE, FMVSS and AIS
Knowledge of Graining requirements, Grain Mapping
Knowledge of plastic materials
Knowledge of Tooling, Quality requirement will be added advantage.
