Lead Back End Engineer

You will also be expected to take initiatives in building efficient solutions for scalability and work closely with the infrastructure team in triaging major incidents. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience. Expertise in JavaScript (ES6) and Node JS is essential, as well as a strong understanding of algorithms and data structures. Proficiency in frameworks like Express JS and Restify is required, along with experience in building backend services for handling large-scale data. You should be able to architect high-availability applications and servers on the cloud following best practices, with a preference for microservices architecture. Experience with MySQL, NoSQL databases like DynamoDB and MongoDB, as well as GenAI agentic frameworks is advantageous. Additionally, you should have experience with complex SQL queries, Node JS concepts, technical deep-dives into code, and building and deploying GenAI-powered backend services or tools. Understanding communication through WebSockets, clean architecture, SOLID principles, AWS, Docker containerization, Python, AI-assisted development tools, and Git is beneficial for this role.
