Company Profile: Job Title: Lead AWS Cloud Engineer Position: Lead AWS Cloud Engineer Experience: 8+ Years Category: Software Development/Engineering Job Location: Bangalore/Chennai Mode of Work: Hybrid (3 Days WFO) Position ID: J0525-1551 Employment Type: Full-time Must to have Skill Set: Lead experience Strong experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, DynamoDB, etc.). Proficient in Node.js with expertise in frameworks like Express.js or NestJS. Hands-on experience in serverless architecture and microservices. Knowledge of DevOps & CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.). Expertise in database management (SQL & NoSQL) with a focus on scalability. Good to Have Skills: Familiarity with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) for infrastructure management. Strong understanding of cloud security, authentication, and authorization (OAuth, JWT). Solid problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and ability to troubleshoot cloud-based applications. Effective leadership, communication, and ability to work in a dynamic team environment. Node.js Backend Development: Build high-performance, scalable, and secure backend services using Node.js. Microservices & Serverless Architecture: Develop microservices and serverless solutions using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and other AWS services. CI/CD & Automation: Implement DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation. Security & Compliance: Ensure cloud security, data privacy, and compliance with industry standards. Performance Optimization: Optimize application performance and cloud resource utilization. Mentorship & Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers, conduct code reviews, and drive engineering excellence. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, architects, and business stakeholders. Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Implement observability solutions, monitor system health, and resolve issues proactively.
