Lead AEM Developer

As an AEM Developer, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop solutions using AEM. Your role will involve designing and developing AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations with third-party systems. Customizing and extending AEM functionalities to meet specific client needs will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Collaboration with UX/UI designers to create engaging and user-friendly interfaces will be essential. You will be tasked with optimizing the performance of AEM applications to ensure fast loading times and exceptional user experiences. Participation in code reviews to maintain compliance with coding standards and best practices, as well as troubleshooting and resolving issues with AEM applications, will also be part of your duties. Staying updated with the latest advancements in AEM and related technologies will be crucial. You should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in AEM development. Proficiency in Java programming and related technologies like JSP, servlets, and Spring is required. Experience in developing AEM components, templates, and workflows, as well as familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, is essential. Additionally, knowledge of version control systems like Git and SVN, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and the capability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment are necessary.
