Website: https://algo8.ai/ Position: UI /UX Design Intern Location: Noida(Hybrid)/ Remote Duration: 6 Months Work Schedule : 8 Hours Daily Monday – Friday Responsibilities: • Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop for design, wireframing, and prototyping. • Experienced in Adobe Premiere Rush/Pro, Adobe After Effects for video and animation. • Develop visually appealing and user-friendly interface designs for web or mobile applications. • Ensure consistency in design elements, including fonts, colors, and layout. • Collaborate with the design team to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. • Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights into user needs and preferences. • Analyze and document research findings to inform design decisions. • Create user personas based on research to represent target audience segments. • Ensure that design decisions align with the needs and goals of identified personas. • Design and specify user interactions, animations, and transitions for a seamless user experience. • Collaborate with UI designers and developers to ensure proper implementation. • Create user journey maps to visualize the end-to-end experience of users. • Identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in the user journey. • Assist in conducting usability testing to gather feedback on the user interface. • Analyze user feedback and make necessary design adjustments to enhance usability. • Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate the functionality and flow of the user interface. • Iterate on prototypes based on feedback and usability testing results. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to understand project requirements. • Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback from team members. • Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging design tools, and best practices. • Apply new design trends to enhance the visual appeal and modernity of projects. • Ensure that all designs align with established brand guidelines and maintain brand consistency. • Seek feedback from senior designers to align designs with organizational branding. • Clearly communicate design concepts and ideas to team members. • Respond positively to feedback and incorporate suggestions into design iterations. Requirements: • Currently pursuing a degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. • Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Rush/Pro, and Adobe After Effects. • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
