Laptop and Mobile technician

You are a skilled and experienced Laptop & Mobile Technician who will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various models of laptops and smartphones. Your role will involve traveling to customer locations and branch showrooms for service support. Your key responsibilities will include diagnosing and repairing hardware and software issues in mobile phones and laptops, performing tasks such as screen replacements, battery swaps, motherboard repairs, OS installation, and software troubleshooting. You will also provide on-site service support at customer locations and branches, maintain service records, ensure timely completion of repair jobs, identify recurring issues, and recommend long-term solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for the proper handling of tools, spare parts, and customer devices, providing technical support and guidance to showroom staff if required, and maintaining professionalism and clear communication with customers. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a mobile and laptop technician, strong knowledge of electronics hardware and software troubleshooting, willingness to travel as part of the job, ability to work independently and manage time efficiently, good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English, and ITI/Diploma in Electronics or related certification is preferred. The salary offered will be based on your experience and industry standards. This is a full-time job that requires in-person work at the location in Pathanamthitta with traveling to customer sites/showrooms when necessary.,
