The role incumbent is primarily responsible for implementing roadmaps concerning business process analysis, data analysis, gap diagnosis, defining business requirements and functionalities, applying best practices, conducting meetings, and contributing to project planning. Consultants are expected to actively participate in solution development for clients and within the practice. The role holder is capable of handling higher scale and complexity compared to a Consultant profile and engages more proactively in client interactions. Key Responsibilities: - Receive and manage escalated issues from L1 support - Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems related to the card system - Track and handle incidents through a ticketing system to ensure timely resolution - Conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues - Identify and analyze incident trends to uncover underlying problems - Develop and implement solutions to prevent problem recurrences - Collaborate with other teams to implement permanent fixes - Work closely with L1 support, L3 support, and development teams to address issues - Document solutions and create knowledge base articles for future reference - Perform routine maintenance tasks on the card system, including software updates and patches - Utilize monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve potential issues before affecting users Mandatory Skills: Cards Experience: 3-5 Years Join us at Wipro as we reinvent our world, aiming to build a modern and dynamic organization.
