Provide Level 2 support for IT infrastructure (Windows/Linux servers, storage, virtualization, cloud).
Monitor and manage network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless controllers).
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of systems, servers, and network equipment.
Assist with server patching, upgrades, and configuration changes.
Support Office 365, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN infrastructure.
Collaborate with L1 support to resolve escalated issues.
Manage backup and disaster recovery systems.
Maintain inventory of hardware/software assets and license compliance.
Monitor and respond to security alerts and incidents (EDR, SIEM, firewalls).
Assist in implementing and maintaining security policies, standards, and procedures.
Support vulnerability assessments and remediation activities.
Administer security tools (antivirus, endpoint protection, firewalls, DLP, MFA).
Conduct periodic access reviews and security audits.
Support compliance efforts (ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.) and risk mitigation strategies.
