Korean Language Specialist

As a Data Enrichment Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive internet research to gather external data sources and utilizing them to enrich our company's internal data. You will be using advanced Microsoft Excel functions and formulas to analyze, manipulate, and validate large datasets efficiently. Your role will involve developing and maintaining data enrichment processes, including company domain enrichment and matching against CRM data using fuzzy matching techniques. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to define data quality standards and establish best practices for data enrichment and maintenance. Identifying and resolving data quality issues, such as duplicate records, inconsistent data formats, and missing values, will be part of your daily tasks. You will also be responsible for performing data cleansing activities, which include data standardization, normalization, and deduplication. Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of data from internet sources through evaluation and validation will be crucial. Staying updated with industry trends and advancements in data enrichment techniques to enhance data quality and efficiency will be expected from you. Additionally, documenting data enrichment processes, procedures, and guidelines for future reference and training purposes will be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you will need a certification in Korean Language - TOPIK II (Level 3/Level 4) and a basic understanding of Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, complex formulas, and pivot tables.
