You will be primary point of contact with our client partners for any BAU related queries, escalation requirements and to improve processes and controls that build capacity and scale. Your role will be to execute process functions and liaise with Middle office and counter parties for multiple OTC products. Supporting managers in handling daily issues and assume the role of a process SME. Handling and resolving queries related to confirmation by the data provided to you by the system & counter parties.
