Generate and follow up on leads to meet monthly disbursement targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Act as an individual contributor, taking full ownership of performance and targets. Ensure complete and accurate documentation of customer interactions and loan processing. 🔹 Position 2: Relationship Officer (RO) Locations: Ahmedabad | Bharuch | Anand | Godhra | Gandhinagar | Vadodara | Bayad Product: Secured Loan Against Property (LAP) Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Field Sales Age Limit: Up to 32 Years Ticket Size Handling: Up to ₹2 Cr Sourcing Channels: Open Market and Connector Network Key Responsibilities: Source LAP business through open market activities and connector networks. Manage leads, pitch financial products, and convert prospects into customers. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and disbursement goals. Handle high-ticket loan applications with accuracy and compliance. Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensure customer satisfaction, and encourage referrals. Skills & Competencies Required: Strong field sales experience in financial products or loans. Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
