Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Key Account Manager to handle a select portfolio of high-value clients. The role involves nurturing relationships, understanding client needs, and driving revenue through upselling and cross-selling of research reports and strategic insights.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a defined set of key accounts.
  • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell tailored research reports and services.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all client communications and support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery.


Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of B2B sales or account management experience, preferably in research or information services.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinking and a client-first approach.
