Job Description We are currently looking for a Staff Engineer based in Pune with a proven background in building high scale applications and data processing pipelines to work on building the Real-time Reporting & Analytics pipeline at Zendesk. As a Staff Engineer, you would be a technical leader within the organisation working towards delivering the Realtime Reporting and Analytics vision at Zendesk. The ideal candidate has experience in building large-scale cloud applications preferably in a SaaS environment and is skilled in real-time data pipelines, stream processing and OLAP databases. You should have successfully led technical initiatives, delivered large scale production workloads. What You'll Be Doing Be responsible for the design, development and maintenance of the Real-time Reporting platform at Zendesk. Work collaboratively with a small, focused and self-organising team to deliver high impact outcomes for Zendesk customers. Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
