Job Description

Responsibilities: Positions- 3 (Senior Consulant (5+ years)/ Lead (5-10 years) /Architect-(10 to 15 years) Serve as a Senior Confluent Kafka Administrator with a strong engineering background and 5+ years of IT experience. Set up, manage, and monitor Confluent Kafka clusters, ensuring optimal performance and distribution. Design, configure, and manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and multi-tenancy solutions. Work with both Confluent Kafka On-Prem and Confluent Kafka Cloud environments. Manage Kafka configurations and deployments using Ansible automation tools . Set up and manage Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions for Kafka clusters. Coordinate with multiple development teams to manage Kafka cluster connectivity and usage effectively. Document, maintain, and present best engineering practices and strategies to ensure short-term changes align with long-term architectural goals. Show more Show less
