Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide team members during daily operations.
• Ensure work processes are followed as per instructions.
• Report daily work progress to senior supervisors or managers.
• Monitor attendance, discipline, and productivity of team members.
• Identify and escalate issues or delays to higher management.
• Assist in training new team members as needed.
• Maintain basic records and reports related to shift activities.
