Junior Service Engineer

You will be joining Voxelgrids Innovation Pvt Ltd, a pioneering company in the MRI manufacturing industry in India. As a Junior Service Engineer based in Bengaluru, your primary responsibility will be the maintenance of equipment at customer sites. To excel in this role, you should hold a Diploma, Bachelor, or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields. Ideally, you should possess basic knowledge of radiology equipment and have experience in the installation and field service of medical equipment. Customer interaction and relationship management skills are crucial, along with 1-3 years of field service experience, preferably in the medical diagnostics equipment domain. Your tasks will include installing MR scanners in the field, coordinating projects during installations, attending service calls promptly, and maintaining customer relationships. You will also be involved in preparing preventive maintenance schedules, ensuring proper documentation, and reporting to the manager in a timely manner. Key skills required for this role include a fundamental understanding of electricals, electronics, and biomedical equipment, effective communication, and time management abilities. You should be willing to travel and relocate as needed, be available round the clock for support, and possess a general awareness of the healthcare industry.
