Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter with experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience and be eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for IT and Non-IT roles.
  • Post job ads and manage candidate applications.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates.
  • Keep track of candidate records and recruitment metrics.
  • Skills & Qualifications:

    • 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Familiar with recruitment tools (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS).
    • Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
