Looking for a Dynamic Recruiter for our recruitment firm based in Mumbai.
As a Junior Recruiter, you'll be working on assigned projects to help our clientele close their resource requirements in Pan India.
- Take charge of assigned recruitment mandates - Includes sourcing and screening candidates for non-tech & tech hiring
- Overlook Client servicing with both key partners: Clients and candidates
- Assist in Admin and Operational backend tasks concerning coordination, maintaining records
- At least 1 year of full-time or internship recruitment work experience
- You have good communication and interpersonal skills
- You have a bachelor's degree, preferably as a recent graduate
- You are a self-starter and want to be associated with a growing startup
