Junior QA Engineer

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing exploratory, manual, and automated tests to ensure the quality of our products. Your input will play a crucial role in our product development process, ensuring that software runs smoothly and meets client requirements in a cost-effective manner. In software testing, automation testing involves using separate software to control the execution of tests and compare actual outcomes with predicted outcomes. We are seeking freshers or individuals with a few months of experience in a similar role. **Requirements for Manual Test Engineer:** - Proven work experience or knowledge in software development - Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes - Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and cases - Hands-on experience with white box and black box testing - Familiarity with automated testing tools, SQL, and scripting - Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development processes - Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus - BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field **Responsibilities of Manual Test Engineer:** - Reviewing quality specifications and technical design documents - Creating detailed test plans and cases - Estimating, prioritizing, planning, and coordinating testing activities - Providing feedback on requirements and design documents - Designing, developing, and executing manual and automation scripts - Identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs - Applying testing processes for new and existing products - Collaborating with internal teams to identify system requirements - Monitoring debugging processes and investigating non-conforming software - Tracking quality assurance metrics and staying updated on new testing tools **Requirements for Automation Test Engineer:** - Good exposure and knowledge of testing processes - Experience with automation testing tools like Selenium, Maven - Working experience with testing annotation and mobile automation - Proficiency in designing test cases for various scenarios - Knowledge of automation framework development - Experience with API testing frameworks **Responsibilities of Automation Test Engineer:** - Designing automation test scripts and validating data - Executing test cases on multiple devices and configurations - Working with Selenium, Appium, TestNG, Maven - Designing test cases for desktop, mobile, and web applications - Developing API automation testing frameworks - Implementing parallel test execution and grid setup - Creating mobile emulations for test case execution - Integrating test automation into the CI chain - Applying a variety of testing techniques and methodologies If you are passionate about software testing and have the skills and knowledge to excel in this role, we encourage you to apply and become a valuable member of our team at Trawex.,
