Junior Graphic Designer

1. Creative Design Execution

• Design social media creatives, banners, flyers, brochures, and web visuals.
• Ensure brand consistency across all creatives.
• Follow design briefs shared by marketing or content teams.

2. Social Media Post Design

• Deliver timely and engaging designs for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Create static, carousel, and story-format designs.
• Collaborate with the content team for captions and creative direction.

3. Website & Digital Asset Support

• Design web banners, sliders, icons, and ad creatives.
• Support the team with visuals for website updates or campaigns.

4. Revisions & Edits

• Make changes as per feedback and maintain proper version control.
• Deliver final files in required formats (JPEG, PNG, PSD, PDF, etc.).

5. Basic Video Editing (if applicable)

• Edit short reels, motion graphics, or animations using tools like Canva, VN, or Premiere Pro (optional based on skillset).

6. File Management

• Maintain an organized archive of design files.
• Ensure files are named and saved as per project guidelines.

7. Learning & Skill Development

• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and platform guidelines.
• Be open to learning new design software or plugins as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹5,000.00 per month
