Job Title: Junior Fullstack Developer Experience: 2-4 Years About the Role: We’re looking for a passionate Junior Fullstack Developer with a strong inclination towards backend development to join our growing engineering team. You’ll play a key role in building scalable, performant web applications while collaborating closely with frontend developers, product managers, and designers. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain scalable backend services, RESTful APIs, and data management systems. Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Participate in code reviews, debugging, and optimization efforts. Work closely with the product and QA teams to deliver high-quality features on time. Stay updated with emerging backend technologies and best practices. Must-Have Skills: 2-4 years of hands-on experience in fullstack development, with strong backend exposure. Solid experience with Node.js , Express.js , or similar backend frameworks. Proficiency in working with databases like MongoDB , PostgreSQL , or MySQL . Familiarity with frontend technologies like React.js , Next.js , or Angular . Experience in building and integrating REST APIs. Strong understanding of Git , version control, and code management workflows. Good-to-Have: Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Experience with Docker , CI/CD pipelines .
