Job Description

Junior Business Analyst Experience: 0-1 Year Responsibilities: Conduct thorough research to understand industry trends, competitive landscapes, and client needs. Gather and analyze data to identify key insights that can be used to inform proposals and business strategies. Assist in the creation of persuasive and well-structured proposals for potential clients, including project scope, objectives, timelines, and budget estimates in collaboration with the SMEs and Technical Leads. Collaborate with technical teams to translate complex concepts into clear and concise documentation for proposals and other business materials. Maintain organized records of proposal content, technical documents, and other relevant materials. Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to the business development team and other stakeholders, Review and proofread documents to ensure accuracy, coherence, and adherence to company standards. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the quality of proposals and technical content. Collaborate with the team to create and review the proposal development schedule and arrange conference calls or stand-up meetings for regular progress updates and reviews. Qualifications: Educational Background: A bachelors degree in engineering, or a related field. Strong Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to draw meaningful insights from data. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Research Skills: Ability to gather, interpret, and synthesize information from various sources. Team Player: Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team. Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of technical concepts and the ability to translate them into non-technical language. Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and technologies.
