Junior BIM Modeller Facade Detailing - Leading BIM Service Provider Junior BIM Modeller Facade Detailing Profile overview We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeller with specialized experience in curtain wall systems to join our Kochi team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of unitized, semi-unitized, stick, and other fa ade systems, and be proficient in creating detailed Revit families with LOD 300 to 500 accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed 3D fa ade models, focusing primarily on curtain wall systems, using Autodesk Revit Create and manage Revit families for fa ade components, ensuring LOD 300 to 500 standards Prepare shop, fabrication, and coordination drawings related to fa ade elements Collaborate closely with architects and engineers to ensure design accuracy and feasibility Interpret architectural and structural drawings to develop precise fa ade models Ensure compliance with industry standards and maintain proper documentation Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Architectural Engineering Minimum 2 years of BIM experience specializing in fa ade detailing, particularly curtain wall systems Proven expertise in Revit family creation at LOD 300 to 500 Strong knowledge of unitized, semi-unitized, stick, and other curtain wall systems Familiarity with AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360 is a plus Excellent communication and teamwork skills About Advenser: Advenser is a global engineering service provider specializing in Building Information Modeling (BIM), CAD, and design support services.
