Roles & Responsibilities :
Responsible For Billing, Invoicing & E way bill generation in Tally.
Maintaining Balance Sheet.Maintaining Books of Accounts.Maintaining Bank Statements.Making Payments.Keeping Track Of Receipts And Payments.Maintaining Excel Register, etcRecord And Maintain All The Entries Of Day-to-day Business Transactions Like Sales, Purchase, Payment, Receipts, Purchase Orders, etcMaintain All The Records Files In A Proper Manner.Record All Expenses And Review Those Expenses Keep Track Of Expenses Every Month.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.
Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
Manage petty cash system.
Prepare vouchers & manage accounts payable/receivable.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field. A Diploma In Accounting Will Also Be Considered.
Excellent Communication Skills.
Knowledge Of Excel And Tally. Must Have Knowledge On A Day To Day Compliance Like TDS, GST, PF etc
In-depth Knowledge Of Financial Controls And Accounting Standards.
