Job Description

Jr. Quality Assurance Analyst (Fresher) - iCubes

We are currently looking for a Junior Quality Assurance Analyst (

Fresher

) to join our team.

The position is based in Udaipur and requires the candidate to work in the office.

Roles & Responsibilities:

The Junior Quality Assurance Analyst would be responsible for:

Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand project requirements and user expectations.
Assist in creating and executing test cases based on project specifications.
Perform manual testing to identify bugs, issues, and inconsistencies to ensure they meet the requirements of the product owner and end-users.
Verify bug fixes and perform retesting to ensure resolution.
Generating accurate and detailed defect reports when bugs are identified during testing, and tracking the resolution of these defects.
Collaborating with developers and other stakeholders throughout the software development life cycle to ensure quality is maintained throughout.
Assisting in the development of automated tests and tools to streamline the testing process.
Assist in maintaining thorough documentation of the testing process and results.
Participate in team meetings, provide test updates, and collaborate to resolve testing-related challenges.
Learn and grow through feedback, mentorship, and training.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have the following:

Fresher to 6 months of experience candidates will be preferred only.
A Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
The ability to work well in a team and to collaborate with others.
Basic knowledge of testing tools and methodologies.
Basic programming knowledge and experience.
Basic understanding of software development and testing concepts.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
