Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers through phone calls, emails, or chats.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to software products such as Windows OS, Office applications, and other Microsoft services.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide effective solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-4 years of experience in a similar BPO/call center environment.
Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech/B.E.).
Strong communication skills in English language (written & spoken).

Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts.
