Job Summary:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Engineer to develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems that ensure our automotive accessories meet high performance and safety standards. The QC Engineer will be responsible for setting quality benchmarks, defining inspection protocols, and leading testing strategies throughout the production lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement quality control procedures and testing standards for raw materials, in-process sub-assemblies, and final products. Establish QC benchmarks and performance metrics in line with industry standards (ISO, IATF 16949, etc.) and customer specifications. Design and maintain inspection and test plans (ITPs) for various product categories. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues.
