Job Title: Sales Coordinator cum Customer Relationship Manager Location: Ghaziabad Full-Time in Office About the Role: We are looking for a smart, proactive, and diligent Sales Coordinator cum Customer Relationship Manager to join our growing team. This role bridges the gap between lead generation, client acquisition, and after-sales support. You will be the front-line communicator between our company and our clients—both prospective and existing—and play a crucial role in nurturing relationships, driving early-stage conversions, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Sales Coordination & Lead Follow-Up. Professionally follow up with leads through calls, emails, and messages. Diligently maintain records of all leads and communication in an organized format. Maintain databases and follow-up sheets in MS Excel with high accuracy. Nurture prospects and aim to: Get sample orders placed to kickstart the sales journey. Schedule meetings for the senior sales team once the prospect is warmed up. Coordinate with the internal team to provide accurate product information and quotations. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Maintain regular follow-ups with existing clients for: Payment collections. Order dispatch and delivery updates. Provide proactive support and maintain positive long-term client relationships. After-Sales Support Manage the customer complaint line professionally. Coordinate and track issue resolution with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Log complaints and actions taken to build a reliable service record. Administrative & Technical Competency Comfortable working with computer systems, WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, email tools, etc. Ensure timely reporting and task updates to management. Key Requirements:Experience: 1–2 years in Sales Coordination, Tele-Sales, Customer Service, or CRM roles. Skills: Strong communication and persuasion skills. Quick thinking and solution-oriented. Proficient in MS Excel and general computer tools. Comfortable with multi-tasking and deadline-based follow-ups. Organized, responsible, and capable of maintaining detailed records. Language: Fluency in English and Hindi. Attitude: Eager to learn and grow. Polite but firm in follow-ups. A positive presence of mind to deal with customers confidently and empathetically. Job Title: Sales Executive – Field Sales (Male Candidates Only) Location: Ghaziabad – with field travel across the assigned territory Full-Time | Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 + Travel Allowance About the Role: We are looking for an energetic, confident, and driven Field Sales Executive to represent our brand in the market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting dealers, distributors, wholesalers, and project managers to introduce and promote our range of bathroom taps, showers, accessories, and related products. The goal is to generate business, close initial orders, and establish a strong market presence in the assigned area. Key Responsibilities:Visit potential and existing dealers, distributors, retailers, and project sites regularly for business development. Present and demonstrate our product range professionally and persuasively. Convince clients to start with trial/sample orders and gradually scale up their purchases. Maintain follow-up with leads and prospects till final conversion. Collect and report market feedback, competitor activity, and client requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with all channel partners. Coordinate with the backend team for quotations, order status, and dispatch updates. Meet monthly sales targets and reporting deadlines. Eligibility Criteria:Gender: Male (Field travel requirement) Education: Graduate preferred (but not compulsory if field experience is strong) Experience: Minimum 1 year in B2B field sales, preferably in building materials, sanitaryware, or related sectors. Knowledge of bath fittings and accessories will be a strong advantage. Age Limit: 22 to 35 years Key Skills Required:Strong communication and persuasion skills. Good product presentation and client handling. Physically active and willing to travel extensively to assigned places and nearby regions. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and consistent in follow-ups. Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships. Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, email, and phone-based coordination. What We Offer:Fixed salary between ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience). Travel and local conveyance allowance as per company policy. Incentives on performance and sales milestones.
