Key Responsibilities: ✔ Prepare and cook dishes in your assigned section (grill, sauté, pastry, etc.) ✔ Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency meet hotel standards ✔ Supervise and train junior kitchen staff and commis chefs ✔ Maintain hygiene and safety standards in compliance with regulations ✔ Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management ✔ Coordinate with other kitchen sections for smooth service ✔ Follow recipes, portion controls, and cost management guidelines Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef in a hotel or fine-dining restaurant Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Leadership skills with a team-oriented mindse Passion for high-quality cooking and presentation Language Skills: Tamil, English, and Hindi speakers strongly preferred Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: From ₹22,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Night shift Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Work Location: In person
