Project & Inventory Management Coordinate with project, marketing, and finance teams to align inventory availability, pricing, and promotions. Monitor project-wise sales velocity and recommend adjustments to pricing or strategy. Lead Management & CRM Ensure optimal lead conversion through effective lead management systems and follow-up processes. Analyze sales funnel data and provide actionable insights. Reporting & Analysis Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback for senior leadership. Use data-driven insights to improve conversion rates and sales performance. Compliance & Documentation Ensure all sales transactions comply with legal and regulatory standards. Oversee proper documentation and coordination with legal and finance teams. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 2–12 years of real estate sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in residential or commercial real estate. Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and documentation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office; experience with Salesforce, Zoho, or similar platforms is an advantage.
