Job Description We are hiring an Assistant Manager Planning for our aerospace wiring harness manufacturing division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting end-to-end production and material planning, inventory management, and schedule adherence to meet stringent aerospace standards and customer delivery commitments. Operate CCTV cameras effectively in the Control Room, adjusting camera angles, zoom, tilt, and focus to capture clear and relevant footage. Observe and monitor activities in designated landside areas through surveillance cameras, conducting both Alert-Based Monitoring and Analytics-Based Monitoring. Professionally conduct Control Room operations and reduce response time during emergencies Safeguard equipment and materials in the Control Room. Ensure functional communication systems, security gadgets, and other appliances. Supervise contract security services and their operations. Monitor pre-shift deployment according to the checklist and receive directions from the Duty Manager/Manager of landside security regarding daily shift arrangements. Ensure vigilance of private security personnel deployed at vital installations and other landside locations during duty hours to reduce complacency-related breaches. Enhance safety by conducting regular briefings, training, and drills for private security personnel. Promote a positive work culture by fostering teamwork, accountability, and professionalism among private security staff. Maintain real-time communication with security personnel on the ground, updating them on suspicious activities or security breaches detected via the CCTV system. Coordinate and collaborate with various stakeholders. Coordinate with other stake holders, CISF, Law enforcement agencies, Regulatory authorities, Government authorities, and local communities to share information, resources, and best practices for Landside security. Day-to-day coordination and liaise with relevant stakeholders like Regulatory authority, Police, CISF and Private Security Service to achieve the desired outcome. Monitor live Television /Other news/ Media for update of incidents which is serious in nature at Bangalore City, Karnataka State, or National/International that could impact airport safety and security. Provide support to Police during VVIP movements and national-level events. Support emergency response and incident management in the landside area. Quick and effective decisions making under stressful conditions that require sound judgement, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the emergency response plan. Effectively communicate about incidents, emergencies to primary responders and various stakeholders that all parties are aware of the extent and nature of the emergency and can provide their response accordingly. Conduct periodic training and ensure active participation of private security in mock exercises, emergency exercises, building evacuation, traffic management and firefighting exercises and make them competent to respond to emergency, thereby protecting men and material. Swiftly respond during security threats or incidents by dispatching security personnel to relevant locations. Coordinate with CISF and other law enforcement agencies to efficiently resolve issues.
