Reduce MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and MTTR (Mean Time To Repair); enhance machine reliability. Implement 5S practices in electrical areas like Panel Room and Transformer Yard. Prepare MIS reports on machine availability, throughput, and improvement activities. Liaise with Torrent Power and other agencies to ensure continuous power supply. Approve and escalate project delays or issues to senior management. Authorize maintenance schedules and resource allocation for electrical systems. Initiate and lead improvement projects and kaizen activities. Enforce 5S standards and safety protocols in electrical areas.
