Quality Department - Vapi/Daman/Valsad

Role & Responsibilities:

• Improve quality control
• Strategizing superior and advanced inspection techniques to reduce workload and time taken for inspection.
• Adopting methodology of creating fixtures and gauges for timely completion of inspection process.
• Identification of critical components for inspection based on urgency
• Vendor site inspection.
• Reviewing and timely updation of ISO inspection plan.
• Vendor wise preparation and analysis of non-conformity report & its monthly submission.
• Implementing practice of calibration of all new measuring instruments..
• Identification of critical dimensions in a part and device suitable means of checking it quickly and accurately.
• CMM operating knowledge.

Qualifications Requirements:

• BE/ B Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• Measurement instrument knowledge like vernier caliper,micrometer,height-gauge and bore gauge.
• Excellent communication
• Good planning and time management skills
• Good analytical skills.
• Proficient with Google Apps for Work, Docs, Sheets, Slides etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
