As an Executive at ORRA Fine Jewellery, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales conversion, and fostering long-term customer relationships. Collaborating with the Relationship Executive, you will actively participate in local area activities to promote the brand and its offerings. Additionally, you will assist in the implementation of the try-at-home scheme under the guidance of the Store Manager. A key aspect of your role will involve following up with potential customers, arranging visits, and effectively closing sales to drive business growth. Building and nurturing strong customer relationships will be essential to your success in this position.
