"¢ Manages, resolves, and system emergencies and problems related to systems and environments."¢ Acts as a technical expert or advisor for highly technical solutions concerning specialized application tools,"¢ Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards. "¢ Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code. "¢ Analyze and resolve technical and application problems."¢ Supports full Software Development Life-Cycle for complex applications."¢ Proposes and implements systems enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of the system."¢ Defines data models, data definitions, data dictionaries, SQL, PL/SQL, and other database objects, independent of a DBA."¢ Develops system documentation, including designs, technical guides, user guides, and other system documentation."¢ Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks like JUnit or TestNG"¢ Prepares and manages system tests for complex application systems."¢ Understands large scale multi-tenant software products supporting multiple government agencies."¢ Working knowledge of test-driven development, CI/CD processes, and Microservices.Basic Qualifications:"¢ 7+ years of experience in Java/Spring"¢ 4+ years of experience in Microservices"¢ 2+ years of experience in Azure Kubernetes Services and deployment pipelines."¢ 2+ years of experience in leading a team.
