About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled Intermediate Full Stack Developer to join our team in Hyderabad / Chennai. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React + Java with Spring Reactive, Additionally, they should have a solid understanding of databases like MySQL or SQL Server. Prior experience in the Telecom Billing domain is preferred. Roles and Responsibilities Responsibilities: Develop scalable, high-performance full-stack applications using React, Java with Spring Reactive. Implement unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure code quality and deployment efficiency. Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and production issues . Ensure best coding practices, agile methodologies, and DevOps principles are followed. Preferably, contribute to Telecom Billing solutions , ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. Requirements: 3 to 5 years of experience in full-stack development. Strong proficiency in: Java, Spring Boot, Spring Reactive, Spring Framework, Microservices, RestAPI, and GraphQL Hands-on experience in microservices architecture and cloud-based solutions. Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus. Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and DevOps culture. Experience in the Telecom Billing domain is preferred. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Excellent Communication Skills both written and verbal. Proactive rather than reactive. Should participate in project ceremonies actively.
