Job Title: Full Stack Developer (Java with React) Location: Bangalore [Hybrid] Job Type: Full-time Experience: 5 - 8 years Notice Period: Immediate to 20 Days Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in Java backend development and React front-end technologies. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications with a seamless user experience. Youll work closely with product owners, designers, and QA to deliver high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities: Backend (Java) Development: Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Java (Java 8+), Spring Boot , or similar frameworks. Write clean, modular, and maintainable backend code following best practices and design patterns. Work with relational databases like MySQL , PostgreSQL , or NoSQL databases such as MongoDB . Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices. Optimize application performance and ensure scalability. Participate in code reviews, debugging, and unit testing (JUnit, Mockito). Frontend (React) Development: Develop responsive and interactive web interfaces using React.js . Implement reusable components and maintain a clean component architecture. Manage state efficiently using Redux , Context API , or similar state management libraries. Integrate RESTful APIs and handle asynchronous data fetching. Optimize front-end performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement designs accurately. DevOps & Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, product management, and operations. Participate in Agile development ceremonies (scrum, sprint planning, retrospectives). Use Git for version control and participate in pull request reviews. Assist in CI/CD pipeline setup and deployment automation using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions. Monitor application health and respond to incidents or bugs promptly. Required Skills & Qualifications: Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Java (Java 8+) and experience with Spring Boot , Spring MVC , or similar frameworks. Hands-on experience with React.js (hooks, functional components, lifecycle methods). Good understanding of RESTful API design and integration. Proficient in HTML5 , CSS3 , JavaScript (ES6+) . Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Context API . Knowledge of relational databases (SQL) and/or NoSQL databases. Familiar with version control using Git . Experience with build tools like Maven or Gradle . Familiarity with unit testing frameworks: JUnit , Mockito (backend), Jest , React Testing Library (frontend). Understanding of containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Adaptability to new tools and technologies.
