Role Overview:

Synechron is looking for an experienced and results-driven
Java Developer
to join our growing team in Mumbai.
The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in Java-based backend development, have a solid understanding of Microservices architecture, and excel at designing scalable, high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, deploy, and maintain Java applications with a strong focus on performance and scalability.
Build and manage Microservices using Spring Boot.
Integrate with databases and optimize data access layers for high efficiency.
Solve complex technical problems with clean, modular, and well-documented code.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices across the team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Exposure to Agile/Scrum development environments.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
