Java Developer Full Stack

As a Java Developer Full Stack at Talent Worx, you will be instrumental in the creation and enhancement of dynamic web applications. Your involvement will span the entire software development process, ensuring the delivery of top-notch software solutions that influence our technology stack and elevate user experiences. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining full-stack applications utilizing Java on the server side and contemporary JavaScript frameworks on the client side. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow developers to craft cohesive and scalable applications. Integration of RESTful APIs with front-end components, application optimization for speed and scalability, troubleshooting, debugging, and conducting code reviews to maintain coding standards will be part of your routine. Participation in Agile processes for sprint planning and retrospectives, documentation of application processes, and staying updated on emerging technologies for continuous process enhancement are also key responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in full-stack development, specifically with Java and associated technologies. Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks, along with experience in front-end technologies like Angular or React, is essential. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, RESTful services, microservices architecture, and databases (relational and NoSQL) is required. Familiarity with Agile practices, version control systems (preferably Git), analytical abilities, and strong interpersonal skills are also crucial. Exposure to containerization technologies like Docker and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is advantageous. Preferred qualifications include experience with CI/CD methodology, DevOps practices, testing frameworks like JUnit and Mockito, web security standards, microservices, and API gateway integration.
