Job Description

Key Responsibilities Install, assemble, and maintain hydraulic systems and mechanical components. Read and interpret technical drawings and hydraulic/pneumatic circuit diagrams. Perform routine and breakdown maintenance on hydraulic pumps, valves, cylinders, and power packs. in.indeed.com Diagnose faults, troubleshoot issues, and carry out repairs to ensure equipment uptime. Use hand/power tools safely; adhere to safety guidelines and lockout/tagout procedures. Maintain logs of maintenance work, parts usage, and progress reports. Qualifications & Experience ITI (Fitter) in mechanical trade or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. 1–5 years of hands-on experience with hydraulic/pneumatic systems preferably in manufacturing or maintenance roles. Experience servicing hydraulic pumps, valves, and power units. Ability to interpret blueprints and circuit diagrams. Desired Skills Strong mechanical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills. Good communication and record-keeping abilities. Physically fit and able to work with heavy equipment.
