This position is a key role within the HR Services team, reporting to the Regional Product Owner in the Time Management space for the EAP region. As our UKG Support Analyst, you will work closely with country HR Services teams, business units, cross-functional teams, and HR/Payroll Integrations to support our product and feature requirements. Primary responsibilities include: 1. Providing support to end users (employees, HRBPs, Managers). 2. Acting as level 2 support for system-related queries according to the ASAE model. 3.
