IT Team Lead

About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and technically strong Tech Team Lead who can efficiently lead and mentor frontend developers. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in frontend technologies, strong leadership skills, and the ability to take complete ownership of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of frontend developers on multiple projects.
• Take complete ownership of technical execution and team performance.
• Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality code.
• Guide team members with best coding practices and architectural decisions.
• Act as the bridge between developers and management/product teams.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in frontend development.
• Proven experience in leading a team of developers.
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in:
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• Frameworks like React.js, Angular, Vue.js, etc
• Version control tools like Git/GitHub
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, performance optimization, and responsive design.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle team responsibilities independently.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualities

• Leadership mindset with a sense of ownership and accountability
• Ability to mentor junior developers and foster team collaboration
• Understanding of Agile development practices
• Positive, proactive, and committed to quality work

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹320,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
