IT Team Lead

Role Overview

At HEXAARCH, we are looking for an IT Team Lead who will oversee day-to-day IT operations, manage development projects, and lead a team of developers, engineers, and support staff. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of developers and IT support staff.
• Oversee development projects from planning to deployment.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather technical requirements and ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure IT infrastructure is secure, stable, and scalable.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
• Mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices.
• Manage version control, documentation, and release cycles.
• Collaborate with other departments to support business needs and integrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT, with at least 1 year in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong technical background in software development (preferably full-stack), networking, or infrastructure management.
• Proficiency with tools and technologies such as Git, Linux/Windows servers, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and project tracking tools (JIRA, Trello).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,925.59 - ₹63,867.15 per month
