REACHA is a community-based NGO led by CSR Experts with a mission to empower

individuals through education, health, skilling, and women's empowerment initiatives.

including Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Kashmir etc (12 States in India), REACHA's

interventions span in areas like education, health, environmental conservation, livelihood

development, and more, aligning with the key areas outlined in the Companies Act 2013 for

Job Brief:

REACHA is implementing a CSR project to skill youth in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The main

focus is to bring in market aligned skills to youth in areas like – MS Office, Introduction to

Programming and Application of AI with a strong focus on Employability.

Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

Required Candidate profile: Willing to work in field

Roles / Responsibilities:

● Train trainees in MS Office, Programming

● Deliver technical training programs according to programme requirements

● Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets, etc.)

● Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops, etc. in groups or individually

● Observe and evaluate results of training programs

● Create Market Linkages for the youth

● Monitor and Document the progress of trainees

● Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements

Employment Type: Contract

Education: Minimum Qualification – Btech/BCA/Graduation with relevant experience

in IT Skilling

Experience: Relevant Experience in IT Skilling Project
