Role: IT Sales Executive Experience: 4 - 6 Years Location: Noida (On-site) Work Days: Monday Friday Interview Mode: Virtual Only Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and results-driven IT Sales Executive to lead our outbound sales efforts and support business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, outbound sales, and email marketing campaigns . This role demands proactive lead generation, client engagement, and closing deals that contribute to company growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & GTM Strategy: Drive outbound sales activities including cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and professional networking. Execute Go-To-Market strategies to identify, target, and develop new business opportunities. Client Engagement: Build, nurture, and manage strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Understand clients’ IT service needs and offer tailored, value-driven solutions. Sales Pipeline Management: Qualify leads, arrange and conduct client meetings, contribute to proposal development, and assist in closing deals. Achieve and exceed individual and organizational sales targets. Market & Competitive Research: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Provide insights to improve sales approaches and offerings. Collaboration: Work closely with technical, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high client satisfaction. Proposal & Presentation Support: Assist in developing customized proposals and impactful presentations that meet client-specific requirements. Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 4–6 years in IT Sales with proven expertise in GTM strategies, outbound sales, and email marketing. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to influence and engage clients effectively. Sales Aptitude: Strong passion for sales, business development, and client relationship management. Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to understand client needs and offer suitable IT solutions. Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of IT services (e.g., software development, cloud solutions, digital transformation) is preferred. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred). Self-Driven: Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a target-oriented mindset.
