Job Description
Role : IT Recruiter
Assist in sourcing candidates for contract/temporary roles using job boards, social media, internal databases, and other sourcing channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring contract positions.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and clients.
Ensure accurate documentation of candidate profiles and status in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Support onboarding processes including document collection, background checks, and contract signing.
Maintain communication with active contractors regarding extensions, feedback, and general support.
Collaborate closely with the recruitment and sales teams to understand client requirements and timelines.
Track and report candidate and job order activity regularly.
