Requirements

0.6 to 3 years
of experience in
IT Recruitment
.
Proven experience handling
C2H hiring
(Contract-to-Hire).
Strong understanding of IT technologies and job market trends.
Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment for IT roles with a focus on
Contract-to-Hire (C2H)
staffing.
Understand job requirements and work closely with hiring managers and clients.
Source potential candidates from various job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and fit for the role.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Manage candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate salary, notice period, and joining dates with selected candidates.
Maintain recruitment reports and pipelines using ATS or Excel.
