Position Title : Sourcing Specialist - Software and Services Location : Gurugram Roles and Responsibilities: Identify, evaluate, and onboard IT service providers for software resource augmentation/ work package outsourcing . Responsible to manage P2P cycle Develop sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines. Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service-level expectations with vendors. Establish and monitor vendor performance metrics to ensure compliance with SLAs. Manage escalations and resolve disputes with service providers. Collaborate with internal teams (HR, finance, legal, and IT) to align sourcing strategies with business needs. Ensure proper governance and compliance in all vendor engagements. Continuously analyze market trends and suggest improvements in the sourcing strategy. Understanding of Effort Estimations , pricing structures, cost models. Familiarity with procurement tools and vendor management systems. Ability to evaluate technical and financial proposals from vendors. Industry Background: Experience in working with IT/software development companies, ideally in a global set up & delivery model. Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements for IT outsourcing in India. Exposure to working with multinational companies and cross-border procurement.
