TITLE: IT Lead - Information Technology Engineer Location : Silvassa / DNH Specific Responsibilities: Responsible for managing IT infrastructure and smooth IT operations of plant. Hands on knowledge on managing networking components like core switch, L2 switch, router and data center. Troubleshooting of networking components and resolve technical issues and manage Vlan and firewall. Works on more than 300+ user environment and resolve day today issues related to network, IT systems. Working with IT policy of organization and adhere to IT standards and rules. Perform IT audit ISO 27001:2013 activity & Cybersecurity audit at plant. Manage various enterprise applications and understand user requirement, capture in document & design reports and do UAT and perform go live. Give SAP L1 level support to users with help from SAP team Manage barcode system, printers, and HHT. Actively engage in on going IT projects, execute and provide solution. Manage all IT equipments and applications inside plant This role will be supported by set of external service providers for IT infra issues hence vendor and team management skill is required Qualifications BE/B Tech in IT or BSC / BCA/MCA from reputed college Good communication and analytical skills Project management capabilities and ability to work in team. Experience of 5+ years in the IT Infrastructure domain CCNA/CCNP certification will be added advantage Excellent verbal and written knowledge on English is required
